1. About these terms
This website is owned and operated by OnvoCore, registered in India and based at Whitefield, Bengaluru 560066, India. By using this website you agree to these terms.
2. Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful business purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, or scrape content for resale.
3. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Any pricing shown or discussed is indicative until we issue a written proposal or statement of work, which will govern the specific engagement.
4. Services, scope and timelines
Deliverables, milestones and timelines are set out in the agreed proposal. Timelines assume timely feedback, content and access from your side. Additional work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
5. Fees, taxes and payment
Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Third-party costs such as advertising spend, domains, hosting and licences are billed at cost or paid directly by you.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Retained engagements may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work already performed and non-recoverable third-party costs are not refundable. Project deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
7. Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how, and may reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
8. Client responsibilities
You confirm that content, trademarks and data you supply are lawful and that you hold the rights to use them. You are responsible for the accuracy of claims made in your marketing material.
9. Performance expectations
We apply proven methods, but search rankings, advertising results and lead volumes depend on factors outside our control, including platform policies and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings or revenue.
10. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
