Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services purchased from OnvoCore, including website, landing page and funnel builds, SEO and Google Business Profile work, social media management, paid advertising management, content production, and web or mobile app development.

Engagements are billed as set out in your signed proposal or statement of work. Retained engagements are typically invoiced in advance for each billing cycle. Project builds are usually invoiced in milestones. All fees exclude GST and any third-party costs such as advertising spend, domains, hosting, licences or stock media.

If you cancel in writing before any work has started on a milestone or billing cycle, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for that milestone or cycle, less any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.

Once work has started, fees are earned in proportion to the work completed and the deliverables handed over. We refund the unearned balance of the current milestone or billing cycle. Completed deliverables, delivered reports, published content and ad spend already placed are non-refundable.

Advertising budgets are paid directly to Google, Meta or other platforms and are consumed as campaigns run. Spend already delivered by a platform cannot be refunded by us. Unspent budget held by us is returned in full.

We commit to the scope, effort and reporting agreed in your proposal. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, cost per lead or revenue outcomes, because these depend on market, offer and competitive factors outside our control. Refunds are therefore not issued on the basis of results alone.

Each deliverable includes the revision rounds stated in your proposal. If a deliverable does not match the agreed specification, we correct it at no cost. New requirements outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.

Either party may end a retained engagement with 30 days' written notice. Work continues and remains payable through the notice period, after which we hand over assets, access and documentation.

Email info@onvocore.com with your company name, invoice number and the reason for the request. We acknowledge every request within 3 business days and complete approved refunds within 10 business days, to the original payment method.
